UFO

UFO is a bright arcade game where you fly a flying saucer over a toy town and beam everything up. It runs in your browser on a phone or a PC, with nothing to download.

On a computer, fly with WASD or the arrow keys, or drag with the mouse. On a phone, drag anywhere on the screen and a floating joystick appears under your thumb. Your beam can only lift things that are smaller than it. Start with flowers, cones and hydrants, and every point you score makes the beam bigger. Soon you can grab benches, trees, cars, buses, houses, shops and even towers.

Each round lasts 2 minutes, and you race against 3 rival UFOs named Zippy, Bloop and Nova. Whoever has the most points when time runs out is the biggest saucer in town. Finishing earns you stars based on your place and your score. Spend stars in the Hangar on upgrades, including a bigger starting beam, a faster saucer and a longer day, and on new saucer colours. Your best score, wins and upgrades are saved on your device.

Tips: grab the small things first so your beam grows quickly, then head for the biggest object you can lift.
